How long does shipping take?

  • Our customers typically receive their order within 8-21 working days after date of shipment. Please allow for up to 4 weeks for delivery.

    • CalderaHealth is pleased to inform customers we give a 30 day money back guarantee with all purchases. 
    • Caldera Health also reserves the right to refuse refunds if the product has been damaged, used or is not in the original packaging. If the product is not in a state fit for reselling, we will not accept returns.

    - The MiCPAP can be used multiple times and is not a single use product. There is no need for any special accessories as everything is included in the package.

     - Please use a clean and damp cloth to cleanse the outer casing of the device to ensure the device remains clean. 

    - The delivery time depends on the country of destination. We ship worldwide for free but please allow for up to 5 days order processing and up to 8-21 days for delivery.
